We have 13 different serviced office spaces within the building all of varying sizes.
Room rates are calculated based on the SQM of the room.
Our rates are all inclusive covering the rent, furniture, internet, communal areas, cleaning and parking etc.
We can also offer 01937 numbers, VOIP phone services, administrative support and full access to our photocopier/scanner/printer.
We do not charge VAT on our room rent charges.
If the office you rent from us is your sole office then you will almost certainly be able to claim small business rates relief from Leeds City Council. This means there would be no additional charge on top of the agreed rental price.

You can rent a desk by the hour, day or month. Desks rented by the month are dedicated to you.
Monthly co-workers can be keyholders for a small additional charge giving access 24/7.
Connection to the internet is via our superfast wi-fi network.
You get full use of the communal areas inside the building and parking is available at the back of the building.

To register for a co-working desk pop-in with your passport and a bill/statement with your home address and we can get you sat at a desk sameday.

Today virtual office services come in a number of forms:
1/. You utilise our address as your registered office address and we provide statutory mail management. You collect your statutory mail, or it can be scanned and emailed or forwarded on.
2/. In addition to point 1 - we will take in all of your mail and parcels (charges are based on amount of post expected and seen). You collect your mail, or it can be scanned and emailed or forwarded on.
3/. We can also manage your inbound phone calls. We have a bank of 01937 telephone numbers that we can link to your business. Calls can be managed by reception, diverted to another number of sent directly to voicemail.

Send us your current details, we will ask you to fill in a simple form. We are obliged to comply with the money laundering regulations by carrying out a check on you and your business.
Arrange to come in for a maximum 30 minute appointment, bring in two original forms of ID that confirm you and your address. Your service will be up and running by the end of your appointment.
Alternatively we can now manage this entire process via email and video calls. This helps speed up the process for you whilst maintaining money laundering checks.

We provide administrative support for your business. This is done on a tap on/off basis. So you only pay for the services you need when you need them. Our services are costed hourly or we offer monthly packages based on a set number of hours.

Normal office hours at WBC are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Tenants have access 24/7, as do keyholder co-workers. virtual office clients can access during normal office hours with an access code.
We like to think so and we have a good safety record. We have a page on our website in reference to Covid-19 which you can read by clicking here.
We provide locks to all office entry doors, there is also an access control system for the external and internal main entrance and reception doors. We have CCTV covering the main entrance and reception area..

Yes, of course! We’re happy to have guests here. Visitors can attend reception or call the office they are visiting from reception. They must sign in and out of the building using the visitors book.
We can also provide a meeting room if required. Just ask.
Serviced offices and dedicated co-working spaces are charged on a monthly basis on the first of the month, along with a months returnable deposit upfront.
You can start your service on any day of the month and we’ll pro-rata it. All additional costs (secretarial, printing, phones etc.) will be charged to the subsequent month’s invoice.
Hot-desks are charged by the hour, day, week or month.
Virtual office services are invoiced on an annual or monthly basis dependent upon the services you require.
